We endeavor to send out all packages within 24 hours of receiving your order. Postage times are variable but we estimate packages sent via the regular Post Office option should reach their destination within 3-7 working days, and Speed Services within 2-3 working days.

How do I pay?
We offer 2 payment methods as follows:
- Direct EFT – we will be able to dispatch the order based on proof of payment
- Debit or credit card payment via PayFast – this is a secure solution which offers you peace of mind – please visit www.payfast.co.za to learn more about how it works. Please note that we do not directly pass the transaction fees onto the customer, so your order costs the same however you pay.
What if the product gets damaged on its way to me?
We do our best to pack all products carefully, so that any damage in transit is very unlikely. However, for your peace of mind, we guarantee replacement in the case of any unexpected damage. Please return the product in its original packaging to us at The Garden Shop, PO Box 394, Magaliesburg 1791, Gauteng. We will refund the cost of postage back to us.
What if I am unhappy with the product when I receive it?
We select our products carefully, and do our best to provide detailed descriptions, so we do hope there will be no surprises when you receive your order. However, we will be happy to offer a full refund on receipt of the original product/s within 10 days of your receiving the order; please return the product in its original packaging to us at The Garden Shop, PO Box 394, Magaliesburg 1791, Gauteng. (In this case the postage back to us is at the customer’s own expense.) Please provide as detailed a description as possible of how the product disappointed you vs. what you had expected from our website.
Please note that all sizes, quantities per box, weights etc. given on the website are approximate – as most of our products are handmade, there are small variations within our stock.

What if the product is out of stock?
We will notify you within 24 hours that the product you ordered is out of stock, and let you know when we expect to have more in stock. We will be happy to make a recommendation for a similar alternative purchase if you need it sooner, or to refund your money in the unlikely event that the time delay is unacceptable to you.
What are the delivery options?
We currently deliver via regular Post Office mail, and Speed Services Couriers. Post Office and Speed Services Counter options will deliver to your local Post Office counter; Speed Services Door option delivers direct to your door. If there is another delivery option you would like to see, please contact us at email@example.com. The cost of insurance is automatically added to the delivery price.
How long will the product take to reach me?

How do you calculate the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the order. Each product has been carefully weighed; however, since there are small variations in weight between products, we cannot guarantee that each final calculated weight corresponds exactly to the weight of your order. Currently we offer shipping via the regular Post Office service, and Speed Services Couriers.
