Join us for one of our popular seasonal celebrations with Wendy Young from Wise Living (www.wise-living.co.za). Wendy will lead us in a hatha yoga practice, pranayama (breathing), walking meditation and autumn “letting go” ceremony. The afternoon will be free to walk the labyrinth, visit the meditation gardens, relax with a herbal tea on the tea deck or walk and relax by the river. The day retreat includes an Ayurvedic, vegan lunch, fresh juice and herbal teas throughout the day.
