Tingshas are composed of two handmade bell cymbals that are used in meditation, healing, aura and environment cleansing. They are sounded by tapping each small cymbal together at the edge to produce a crystal pure, bell tone. Tingshas bells have been used for centuries for religious ceremonies in the Himalayan regions, and it is believed that the Tingsha tones awaken awareness and stimulate the healing process.
This set of tingsha bells has a raised dragon motif and measures about 6.5cm in diameter. The dragon is a symbol of wisdom, power, and righteousness in many parts of Asia. The dragon is also representative of the Kundalini energy of the Root Chakra.
