Tingshas are composed of two handmade bell cymbals that are used in meditation, healing, aura and environment cleansing. They are sounded by tapping each small cymbal together at the edge to produce a crystal pure, bell tone. Tingshas bells have been used for centuries for religious ceremonies in the Himalayan regions, and it is believed that the Tingsha tones awaken awareness and stimulate the healing process.
This set of tingsha bells features the 8 Tibetan auspicious symbols and measure about 6.5cm diameter. The 8 auspicious signs are: (1) A white parasol (2) A pair of golden fishes (3) A treasure vase (4) A lotus (5) A right-spiralling white conch shell (6) An endless knot or “lucky diagram” (7) A victorious banner (8) A golden wheel.
